Today, I asked my mom if I can get a new shirt for school, she says you don't go to school to do a fashion show, you go there to study! That one question ended up giving me an hour long lecture. TMDL.

OMGG!! my mom does says the same exact thing word for word. oi gol maal we're desis...we live with our parents till we get married...how the hell are we supposed to do things independently? obv ur not desi or else you'd understand
